Meet The Founders AND FAMILY

Gina Mangiatordi
OWNER AND FOUNDER
Hometown: Shrewsbury, MA
Pets: 2 cats: Luna & Lucky
If you could be any animal, what would you be: A horse: Because, like me, they embody independence, strength, and a free spirit. Horses aren’t meant to be confined—they thrive when they have space to roam, just like I prefer steering my own ship rather than being tied to a traditional 9-to-5. They’re loyal, deeply connected to their herd (or in my case, my “pack”), and have an incredible ability to sense emotions, offering comfort and companionship—just like I've always found in animals. Plus, horses are both powerful and gentle, capable of carrying great burdens yet still full of grace. 🐎✨
Other Job: Real Estate agent/entrepreneur
Interesting fact: When I was a youngster, I used to get in trouble for bringing jars of fireflies in the house and letting them go free inside! Fun to watch! I also love to wood work. I like to build things, sew, crochet and am crafty in all definitions of the word.
About Gina: I grew up surrounded by pets. As a child, whenever life felt overwhelming, I’d crawl into my dog’s house and find comfort in her presence. Animals have always been my support system. I’ve also always been fiercely independent—never one for the traditional 9-to-5, but someone who carves their own path. Sink or swim, entrepreneurship is in my blood. And what better business to build than one rooted in my passion? Pets are my pack.

Patricia Weber
co-OWNER AND co-FOUNDER
Hometown: Baltimore, MD
Pets: I'm a pet parent to 1 cat named Loki. He is my chunky sweet boy who LOVES belly rubs.
If you could be any animal, what would you be: An elephant, they are smart, gentle, sweet natured, and majestic.
Other Job: I have been a pet care professional for over 10 years but have been fully submersed into the pet care industry since 2022 and love every minute of it.
Interesting fact: I grew up in the music industry all of my life, as my father was a music producer for over 25 years. I've worked in the entertainment industry setting up lights, sound, and video for large concerts/theatres and continue to do so in my spare time.
About Patricia:
I grew up around animals all my life. Growing up, they were my safe space and my comfort. They gave me love and joy in ways I never knew possible. I've always had an interest to understanding the behavior and body language of fur babies.
Starting Pawsitively Pink, has brought my love for animals into my passion and purpose.

Interesting fact: I was on of the volunteers at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium when Winter, the dolphin who received a prothetic fin, was rescued. I had the incredible opportunity to help care for her during her early survival months.
About Tracy:
I grew up as a competitive gymnast, and when I wasn’t in the gym, you could find me outdoors, swimming or playing in the woods. As the daughter of a taxidermist, I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life. A life-changing experience working with Winter, the famous dolphin, sparked my passion for humanitarian work. Since then, I’ve volunteered with zoos across Costa Rica, cared for Galápagos tortoises in the Galápagos Islands, worked with children with disabilities in Cambodia, and worked with a sea turtle rescue, rehabilitation, and release center in Guatemala. Lately, I’ve been volunteering with Polka Dogz Pet Rescue, a local rescue that helps rehab and re-home dogs in need of a forever home.
Today, I’m a Holistic Nutritionist, an avid yogi, and a proud dog mom.
