EVERY SMALL FRIEND STARTS WITH A MEET & GREET
Every new small-animal client begins with a 30-minute Meet & Greet Consultation before care services begin.
This consultation gives us time to meet you and your pet, learn their daily routine, review feeding, habitat care, medications, enrichment, handling preferences, and home access, and create a care plan designed around their individual needs.
Meet & Greets are typically scheduled a few days to a week before your first service whenever possible.
For shy, sensitive, or slow-to-warm-up pets, we may recommend one or more trial visits after the Meet & Greet. This allows us to learn your pet’s comfort level and help set everyone up for success before longer care begins.
Additional consultations are billed separately as a 30-minute visit and are not credited toward future services.

IN-HOME SMALL ANIMAL CARE VISITS
For small pets, staying in their familiar environment can help keep routines consistent and reduce unnecessary disruption. Our in-home drop-in visits provide thoughtful, dependable care tailored to your pet’s individual needs.
Visits can include feeding, fresh water, habitat care and cleanup, medication support, enrichment, companionship, and careful observation of your pet’s appetite, behavior, comfort, and overall well-being.
Available in 20, 30, 40 and 60 minute visits
Whether your pet is playful, shy, sensitive, senior, or needs a little extra support, we tailor each visit to their routine, comfort level, and care needs.
Who we care for:
We care for a variety of small companion animals, including rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, birds, reptiles, ferrets, and other small pets on a case-by-case basis.
Because every species—and every individual pet—has different care requirements, we review your pet’s routine and needs before booking to make sure we're the right fit.
If you have questions about your pet’s care needs, reach out and we’ll let you know whether we are the right fit.
Special Needs Small Animal Care
Just because your small pet has special needs doesn’t mean you have to miss out on travel or worry about finding appropriate support at home.
We provide thoughtful in-home care for small pets with medical needs, mobility challenges, anxiety, behavioral needs, and senior care routines.
With veterinary clinic experience, Fear Free handling, and individualized care plans, we help pet parents feel confident leaving their small companions in capable hands.
Special-needs services are accepted on a case-by-case basis based on your pet’s care routine, safety needs, and our team’s training and availability. Because these visits may require additional time, experience, or specialized support, availability may be limited.
